GROUP OF COMPANIES "SIBERIAN ANTHRACITE"
The creation of the museum of the group of companies "Siberian Anthracite" is aimed to solve a complex of tasks: representative, marketing, communicational, representational, career guidance, cultural and scientific.
The exposition is built on two main axes - coal and people.
The goal of the museum is to tell a fairly wide audience (from professionals to the younger generation) in an accessible and visual way what coal is and to reveal its unique properties as a natural fuel.
The museum also tells about the scale of reserves of anthracite, about the features of mining, technologies and how the mineral changes before reaching the end consumer.
The second leitmotif of the museum exposition is people - these are the ordinary workers of Sibanthracite, its founders, today's managers, and Siberians.
We use different optics to build a coherent museum story:
HISTORICAL: a story about how anthracite was mined in the village of Listvyansky before the open cut was done (coal pits, mine).
CHEMICAL: reveals the unique properties of Gorlovsky anthracite;
GEOLOGICAL: about how anthracite is formed (installation "pressure");
GEOGRAPHICAL: shows an interactive map of the distribution of coal in the world and shows from the explored reserves;
TECHNOLOGICAL: allows you to see the differences between coal from different deposits of Sibanthracite, get acquainted with the process of enrichment of the mineral, and also what products it turns into. Here is logistical optics too: the path of coal from the deposit to the consumer.
OPTICS OF SCALE: video installation showing open cuts of Sibanthracite;
ECONOMIC: describes the partners and connections of Sibanthracite;
CORPORATE: founders, managers, employees and veterans - "pillars of anthracite";
SOCIAL: company projects in the field of social support;
ECOLOGICAL: plants from which anthracite was once formed and plants of modern Siberia;
And, finally, FUTUROLOGICAL OPTICS - a kind of forecast for the future of anthracite, a panorama of possible areas of its application and areas of future production.
Passing through a kaleidoscope of optics, getting acquainted with various subjects, the viewer follows from the past to the future, getting to know the present of the company and being inspired by its materiality and wide scale of activities.
